Storia Learning is an innovative complement to more traditional employee training programs. Their short format allows them to be easily integrated into your e-learning or face-to-face courses.
Each module allows the assimilation of notions of know-how or interpersonal skills adapted to the learner's challenges. All professional fields can thus be addressed.
The goal is to encourage virtuous behaviour or develop skills through learning stories, which we call "storias". These stories - which may relate historical, artistic, sports or scientific facts - are selected, written and staged in a pre-established space and scenario, to allow for easy appropriation.


The stories meet a demanding and precise set of specifications: they are short, punchy, concrete, unexpected and authentic. Above all, they must unambiguously deliver a clear and immediately operational message. This is why a precise decoding is proposed in order to draw from each story a practical lesson.
Storias borrow a common structure (inspired by George Loewenstein's information gap theory):
